Beginner to Advanced

We offer convenient class times devoted to the functional movements used in Crossfit. Every class is coach-led and all the movements and workouts are modifiable and scaled to each member’s ability.


CrossFit is fitness for life! Our CrossFit class is a mix of functional strength training, bodyweight movements, and conditioning elements for a well-rounded fitness program that is broad, general, and inclusive to all ages and ability levels. Our workouts are constantly varied, so don’t expect to do the same workout every day. Gain strength, stamina, endurance, flexibility, coordination, balance, and power in an environment that foster’s each individual’s inner athlete while being part of a community that wants to see you succeed. We welcome all fitness levels, and our program can be tailored to challenge everyone from complete beginners to elite athletes. Whether your goal is to lose weight, run a faster 10k, keep up with your grandkids, or compete at CrossFit, we will help you get to where you want to be.

As a CrossFit dedicated gym, our fitness programming aims to improve your capacity in ten recognized fitness domains cardio-respiratory endurance, stamina, strength, flexibility, power, speed, coordination, agility, balance and accuracy. The result is comprehensive physical fitness and restored vitality. We focus on improving functional movements that are necessary and common in your daily activities.

We teach functional movements and help our clients get stronger and faster through tried and true methods. With our constantly varied programming, you will rarely do the same workout twice. You will never have to program your own workouts or spend hours in the gym. Instead, each day a workout will be provided for you that is scalable to suit your fitness level.
